-March. 23, 1999: Wellmark Industry Co. established
-March. 02, 2000: Subsidiary of China Factory was established (Shaoxing Wellmark Leather Co., Ltd.)
-March. 02, 2000: Subsidiary of China Factory was established (Shaoxing Wellmark Textile Co., Ltd.)
-November, 2008: Completion of Machine's construction work of the second embossing and printing
-December, 2013: Acquired the Prize " The export of Year" from provincial governor, Korea
-January, 2014: Acquired the corporate credit grade of AAA from industrial bank of Korea
-January, 2015: Acquired the corporate credit grade of AAA from Agriculture bank of China
-January, 2017: Fjord Group established
